Cooper is a favorite foster at Grateful Dogs Rescue. He is a wonderful charming guy and was known to everyone as Super Cooper. Someone met him at Sunday Streets and is going to adopt him if his landlord approves. Maria, who has fostered Cooper is now facing the hard mixed feelings a volunteer foster faces – she said "Cooper is leaving me tomorrow. Why did I keep thinking this would fall through. The adopter is very excited."
Cooper is going to live with someone who has wanted a dog and recently had a cat who passed away, so is ready for a canine companion. Cooper will live next door to a fenced dog park so will get lots of play time with other dogs there and will probably quickly make many doggy friends.
Denise, a Grateful Dogs Rescue volunteer summed up all of our feelings when she posted "Have a good life handsome boy, I will always remember you."
