Annie, Rose, Katie, & Harry are at risk due to not being able to pass their behaviorals.
These formerly abused pups are on their last weekend. Two of the females maybe too shy to save, and Grateful Dogs Rescue has committed to taking the other female. The male has come very far and seems salvageable but we need a foster to step up and offer him a home to rescue him.
Are wondering what it means to be too shy to save, and does that mean they won't make good pets. Well, no, but they will be major projects and will take someone with dog experience. Everything is new and startles them. Taking them for walks is difficult because they get scared so easy. Of the two very shy females, one is a bit less shy than the other.
Things that we take for granted as part of house noise will send them trembling. One of our GDR volunteers had a foster dog that hid trembling every time the central heating turned on. These dogs may want to hide in a dark corner for a few days before being ready to venture out.

The two girls kennelled together are very bonded and are calmer together in the park and play wonderfully. The taller skinnier more submissive one (her name is Annie) does better than the other outside solo on walks. All four dogs need further exposure to new things and places. Harry already knows sit and down and is quite the smart boy and furthest along in socialization.
