Charmer is a cute, slim, long-legged, tri-color chihuahua who is spunky, friendly, active, energetic and alert. Charmer pooped and peed soon after getting outside. He enjoyed exploring around the park, going for a walk, encountering other dogs and was affectionate. When the Grateful Dogs Rescue evaluator returned Charmer to his kennel, he was fine with touching and holding. He presents as barky in his kennel, but not so when he gets out.
